1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup Nutella
4 teaspoons instant espresso powder
6 ice cubes
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Chocolate curls, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the milk, Nutella and espresso powder; cover and process until blended. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cream; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.

1/4 cup hazelnut flavoring syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon Nutella

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the coffee, flavoring syrup, sugar and cinnamon; heat through. Divide coffee mixture among four mugs., In a small bowl, beat cream and Nutella until thickened. Gently spoon onto tops of drinks. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup sugar
1 shot espresso, chilled
1 ounce hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce coffee liqueur
2 ounces sweetened hazelnut or oat milk
1 espresso bean, for grating

Steps:

  • Combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved, to make a simple syrup. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
  • Combine the espresso, hazelnut liqueur, coffee liqueur, 1 ounce simple syrup and hazelnut or oat milk in a shaker filled with ice (save the remaining simple syrup for another use). Shake and strain into a large wine glass, filled with ice.
  • Garnish with grated espresso bean.
