AUNT CATHY'S COFFEE CAKE
Steps:
- Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt. Set aside. Cream butter, 1 cup sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Combine cereal, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon. Spread 1/2 batter in bottom of greased 9-inch square cake pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cereal mixture. Spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining cereal. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
