- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, beat eggs until thickened and lemon-colored; fold into ham mixture. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Press 1 package crescent rolls into the prepared baking dish, pushing seams together.
- Layer ham, pepperoni, salami, Swiss cheese, and provolone cheese atop crescent rolls.
- Pour beaten eggs over meat and cheese layers, reserving about 1 tablespoon egg.
- Layer the second package of crescent rolls atop meat and cheese filling; brush with reserved egg.

- Set oven to 375 degrees F.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, mushrooms and ham on the bottom of the baking dish; set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add in onion and green bell pepper and cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes) then sprinkle the mixture on top of the ham in the baking dish.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs with baking powder cream, salt, pepper and Tabasco until well blended; pour over the ingredients in the dish (do not stir).
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are no longer runny and the center is set and top is slightly browned.
- Sprinkle top of the casserole with 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, you may stick the pan back in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese or the cheese will still melt is sprinkled on right our of the oven.
- Cool then cut into squares.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll both cans of crescent rolls into 4 long rectangles. In a 15 x 10 baking pan, place crescent rectangles crosswise. Firmly press over bottom to seal perforations and allow 3/4 " of rolls up sides of pan.
- 2. Sprinkle crescent rolls with chopped ham, shredded cheese, drained corn and drained mushrooms evenly over the dough.
- 3. In a bowl, beat egg with milk, salt and pepper until well mixed. Pour evenly over ham mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown and egg mixture is set. Test with a knife inserted into the center -- it should come out clean. Allow casserole to cool for 5 minutes and then cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 450°F. Butter heavy large baking sheet; sprinkle lightly with cornmeal. Roll out dough to 12-inch square; cut into 4 squares. Transfer squares to prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and crusty, about 20 minutes.
- Top each dough square with 1 ham slice. Divide 1 1/2 cups cheese among dough squares. Return pizzas to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Open 1 egg at a time into pan. Fry, without turning eggs over, until whites are firm but yolks are still tender.
- Top each pizza with fried egg. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over eggs. Transfer to plates and serve.
CRESCENT HAM & EGG SQUARES
Great brunch dish. I served with fresh fruit and breakfast potatoes. You may use a different cheese if you prefer. (swiss cheese is a nice option)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x12 casserole pan.
- Whisk eggs in mixing bowl. Melt 1 T. of butter in large nonstick pan. Add eggs to pan and cook on low heat, stirring often and cook until eggs are just set. Season with salt and pepper. Remove pan from heat.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls into greased dish to line bottom of pan. Pinch dough seams together. Add a layer of ham. Top with scrambled eggs, chives and cheese. Unroll second crescent dough and place on top. Pinch dough seams together.
- Melt remaining 2 T. butter in microwave cup. Brush melted butter on top of dough. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced onion and dried garlic.
- Cover top with nonstick foil and cook for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook additional 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in water; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add yeast mixture. Combine sour cream and eggs; stir into flour mixture until a smooth dough forms (do not knead). Cover and chill overnight. , Roll dough to fit a greased 15x10x1-in baking pan. Form a rim around edges; set aside. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat; stir in remaining topping ingredients. Spread over dough. - Let cream cheese soften for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, except ham. Place a piece of wax paper down on a cutting board and lay 1 piece of ham down. Evenly spread a portion of the cream cheese mix, place another layer of ham and continue to layer the ham and mix. The last piece of ham (the top of the stack) should have no mix on top of it. - 1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly brush Large Bar Pan with vegetable oil. Grate cheese using Ultimate Mandoline. Crumble hash browns over pan; press gently. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Bake 13-15 minutes or until crust starts to brown. 2. Meanwhile, in Classic Batter Bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. - Preheat oven 200c (390f) Lay pastry out on baking paper. Score into 25 small squares. Press smaller round cookie cutter into each square without cutting all the way through, to create a border. Spoon a small amount of fig paste onto each circle. Top each with shallots, thyme, ham and cheese. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 10-15 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
