1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) or 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
4 thin slices cooked ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each to form 7x5-inch rectangle. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each to form 7x5 inch rectangle.
  • Place one ham slice and one cheese slice on each rectangle. For each rectangle, fold dough in half over filling; press edges firmly to seal.
  • Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.

1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
8 thin slices cooked ham
4 thin slices Cheddar cheese, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle; place 2 strips of cheese down center of ham. Fold in edges of ham to match shape of dough triangle.
  • Roll up each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
3/4 cup warm 2% milk (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup shortening
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4-1/2 to 4-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
1 large onion, finely chopped
5 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cups cubed fully cooked ham, coarsely ground
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, optional
1/4 to 1/3 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives, optional
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the milk, shortening, eggs, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add ham and mix well; set aside., Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide into thirds. Roll each portion into a 16-in. x 8-in. rectangle. Cut each rectangle into eight squares. Place a tablespoonful of ham mixture in the center of each square. Add bacon, olives and/or cheese if desired. Fold up corners to center of dough; seal edges. , Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. , Melt remaining butter; brush over dough. Bake at 350° for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown and filling is heated through. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon finely crushed corn chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and celery seed until blended. Stir in the ham, corn, cheese and onion. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into four rectangles; seal perforations., Spoon about 1/2 cup ham mixture into the center of each rectangle. Bring edges up to the center and pinch to seal.
