Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Slice attached rolls in half widthwise with a serrated knife, keeping rolls connected, into a bottom and top 'slab.' Place bottom slab in the prepared pan.
- Layer about half the ham evenly over the bottom slab of rolls. Layer Swiss cheese evenly on top, and arrange remaining ham over the cheese. Cover with the top slab.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Add mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Pour butter mixture evenly and slowly over the rolls. Spread over the tops using a spatula; some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until browned as desired, 3 to 5 minutes more. Slice into individual sliders.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir onion until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add mustard, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the bottoms from each roll in the prepared baking dish. Spoon 2/3 the onion mixture over the roll bottoms. Add ham and Swiss cheese to each roll. Put tops of rolls over the Swiss cheese layer. Brush the remaining 1/3 onion mixture over tops of rolls. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake until tops of rolls are lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes.

These yummy sliders are a huge hit with the family and with the folks at our local church when we bring these to brunch! Feel free to play around with the fillings....sometimes we make these with sliced turkey and cheddar cheese. I also use spicy brown mustard at times instead of plain yellow mustard. - 1. Cut the top off rolls and set aside. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss inside of each roll. Replace tops. Place them into a large baking dish or heavy cookie sheet tightly together.

Because of the size of the roll, you will need to slice or fold the ham and cheese to fit. I did a small slice of cheese, two slices of ham and then another slice of cheese on top. - 2. In a sauce pan melt the butter, mustard worcestershire, and poppy seeds together.
- 3. Cut the rolls in half.
- 4. Lightly brush the inside of each roll with the butter mixture making sure there is some left.
