Steps:
- Find a plastic skull or head. Spread cream cheese over all but the eyes and mouth. You can use BBQ sauce or cranberry sauce if you want a bloody effect in place of the cream cheese, but I prefer the taste of cream cheese with the meat.
- For the lunch meat, ham is my favorite due to the flesh tones. (ewww, I know! that is the point here) :) Beef would be a good alternative as well but any meat will work. Slice pieces of meat and wrap over cream cheese covered head. Make sure not to cover the eyes or mouth area.
- Great centerpiece to any Halloween bash!
HALLOWEEN MEAT HEAD
Deli tray with scary meat head. Super simple to do. For the tray, use the kinds of meats and cheeses you like (we used turkey, ham, roast beef, mild Cheddar, jalapeno Jack, and Colby Jack cheeses).
