2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
6 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash Liquid Smoke, optional

Steps:

  • Sprinkle fillets with lemon-pepper, garlic powder and curry powder. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. , In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce and Liquid Smoke if desired; add the salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade., Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

2 fresh peaches, peeled and diced
ΒΌ cup honey
1 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 salmon steaks

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  • Stir together the peaches, honey, and curry powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and cook until the peaches break down, and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper, and cook on the preheated grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the steaks. Pour the peach sauce over the salmon to serve.

1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, with skin (4)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mild curry paste
1 pinch salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

Steps:

  • Place salmon in shallow dish. Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, curry paste, salt and pepper; pour over fish, turning to coat.
  • Remove the fillets from the yogurt mixture, reserving the mixture, place fillets, skin side down, on greased grill over medium-high heat.
  • Close lid and cook, turning and brushing both sides with yogurt mixture halfway through, cook for 10 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
  • Serve sprinkled with coriander.

2 Lb. center cut piece of salmon
3 Tbs mild curry powder
oil spray (PAM)
1 8 oz container fat free yogurt
1/2 cup low fat maynaise
1 cup loosly packed cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic
1 cup diced seeded hot house cucumber
1 Tbs. lime juice
salt to taste

Steps:

  • In blender or food processor place yogurt, cilantro, mayonaise, garlic clove, salt and lime juice,pulse untill garlic and cilantro are finely chopped. Stir in cucumer. Chill in fridge for upto 12 hours. Heat grill to high. Take 2 large sheets heavy duty aluminum foil folded lentgh wise into thirds. spray one side of each with PAM. Place salmon flesh side down on oiled foil/ Grill for 10 minutes. Place second sheet of foil oil side up next to salmon anf flip salmon over (skinside down)onto clean foil sheet. Cook an additional 7 to 10 minutes. Flip onto serving plate.
