INCREDIBLE BROCCOLI SLAW RECIPE (5 MINUTES OR LESS)
This incredible broccoli slaw recipe makes about 4 cups, which is about 8 servings. It comes together in about 5 minutes and is a total crowd pleaser! It's easily doubled or even tripled for a crowd. - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. I like to do this in the bowl I plan to serve this in.
- Add the broccoli slaw mix and gently toss it all together. Be patient and give it a minute if the dressing doesn't look like enough (it is!)-the broccoli will start to release some water and it will all come together into a creamy slaw after a minute or so. Refrigerate until it's time to serve.
- This slaw is best the day you make it, but it keeps well in the refrigerator (covered), up to 3 days. Cabbage-based slaw keeps in the refrigerator for about two days.
EASY BROCCOLI SLAW
This is a fast, easy, and very tasty broccoli salad made with broccoli slaw. I use light products where possible, but you can certainly use whatever you have on hand. This recipe is just the start! You can also add diced apples or crumbled bacon. This is also a great dish to make ahead of time. I'd say it's at its best after at least a day.

- Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl. Add broccoli slaw, cranberries, and walnuts and mix until evenly coated.

- Remove the outer layer of the broccoli stems with a sharp paring knife or a vegetable peeler.
- Using a food processor with a shredder attached, a mandolin slicer, or a box grater, shred broccoli stems, carrot, and apple into thin strips.
- Combine in a large mixing bowl, then add chopped celery.
- Whisk together all ingredients for the creamy dressing in a small bowl, and pour over the vegetables.
- Toss to coat evenly. Taste to add more salt or vinegar, if needed.
- Stir in sunflower seeds before serving. If you want more sweetness to your slaw, stir in dried cranberries.
- Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

- Combine orange juice, vinegar and shallots in the bowl you'll be serving slaw inches
- Add good pinch of salt.
- Add dried cranberries.
- Let stand 5 to 20 minutes, as long as you can.
- Whisk in sesame oil, ginger and mustard.
- Taste and adjust seasonings. Add broccoli slaw and toasted almonds to bowl; toss to combine. Serve immediately.

- Could not be more easy!
- Simply break up the noodles and mix with the slaw , add almonds and Craisins
- Mix ramen noodle seasoning packets with the other dressing Ingredients and add to slaw.
- Chill for best results
- Note you can use any slaw that has some broccoli in it, the store I shop at does not always carry the "Broccoli" slaw , The one they have is called Rainbow Salad! Still comes out great!
