White Chocolate Cheesecake - An Easy NO BAKE Recipe image

This easy No Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake recipe is a winner every time. Simple to make and deliciously creamy, with a crumbly biscuit base, it is foolproof!

175 g Ginger biscuits
75 g Butter
500 ml Double Cream (Whipped until forming soft peaks)
500 g Full Fat Cream Cheese
300 g White Chocolate (Melted and then cooled to room temperature)
1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100 ml Double Cream
200 g White chocolate (12 Chunks and the remainder grated)

Steps:

  • About 2 hours before you want to start, bring your cream and cream cheese out of the fridge (see recipe notes).
  • Crush the biscuits (either with a rolling pin or in a food processor). Mix with the melted butter and press into your 7" tin.
  • Combine the whipped cream, cream cheese, melted ROOM TEMPERATURE white chocolate, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in gently until fully combined.
  • Smooth on top of the biscuit base and flatten the top with the back of a spoon or a palette knife if you have one.
  • Chill for 2 hours or even better, over night.
  • Use my knife tip (in recipe notes) to remove the cheesecake from the tin. Pipe the remaining whipped cream and decorate with grated chocolate and chocolate chunks.

- 1 bag [4 a small batch] of white choc chips
- 1/4 can coconut milk
- 1/2-to a lil more of sweetened can milk so choc will be smooth
- 2-3 heaping cups of coconuts if u can and would like more add a lil more
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT THE WHITE CHOC CHIPS. ADD SWEETENED MILK WHILE STIRRING TIL SMOOTH. ADD COCONUT MILK WHILE STURRING TIL SMOOTH.
  • ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME, TILL THICKENS REAL WELL
  • THEN WITH WOODEN SPOON TAKE AND DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO WAX PAPER
  • PLACE IN FRIDGE 4 FASTER SET. TAKE OUT AND PLATE. HOPE U LIKE THIS.

Steps:

  • IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT WHITE CHOC CHIPS. WHEN MELTED ADD PEANUT BUTTER AND BLEND WELL
  • ADD OATMEAL 1 CUPS AT A TIME [STIRRING AS U DO]. THAT WAY U KNOW IF U CAN ADD A LIL MORE OR DEDUCT AND USE A LIL LESS.
  • ON WAX PAPER DROP BY TABLESPSFULS. OR POUR INTO BAKING DISH LITELY SPRAYED WITH PAM. I ALWAYS PLACE IN FRIDGE TO SET FASTER
  • TAKE OUT OF FRIDGE AND PLATE THE DROPED STYLE. OR CUT INTO SQRES AND PLATE FOR THE BARS STYLE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 cup white baking chips
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup dried cherries or dried cranberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in baking chips and extract until smooth. Add oats and, if desired, cherries; stir until coated., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
3 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Heat cocoa, sugar, milk and butter over medium heat. Boil these verrrrry slowly (they will turn out better) when they reach the boiling point boil them for no longer than 90-120 seconds.
  • Stir together oats, peanut butter and vanilla with a big wooden spoon or Kitchen Aid. Pour the hot mix over the oatmeal mix and drop on wax paper.

its always nice to have some thing simple and that tastes great 4 christmas and looks christmasie to take to the kids class party or to church dinners

- 3 bags white choc chips
- 1 large bag coconut
- 1 small tub red candied cherries-diced
- 1 small tub green candied cherries-diced
- 1 small can sweetened con. milk
- 2/3 cup pecans chopped kinda fine [optional]
- 1/2 teasp cherry flavoring [optional]

Steps:

  • in double boiler melt w.choc chips til smooth. while stirring add the milk til smooth. stir in the cherries and the nuts. stir in 1/2 teasp cherry flavoring [optional]
  • add the coconut 1 cup at a time. should be able to get at least 2 1/2 good cups in the mixture if u can u can put another 1/2 cup in
  • stir well until all coconut is covered in the mixture.
  • then drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. i put mine in the fridge to set faster. then after about 1/2 hour take out and plate.
  • if u like u can make these into bars by spraying the oblong pan with pam and spread evenly into pan then in fridge for an 1/2 hour then take out and cut into bars
