- BOIL ALL UNTINSILS FOR ABOUT 10 MINS AND KEEP THEM HOT. IN A SAUCE PAN POUR IN 1/3 CUP CRANBERRY JUICE. 1 HEAPING CUP OF SUGAR STIR TIL DESOLVED
- POUR IN 1 BOX PECTIN STIR TIL DESOLVED. BRING TO BOIL. PLACE ON SIMMER ABOUT 20 MINS TIL THICKENS
- POUR INTO HOT JELLY JARS AND SEAL AND PLACE RING LIDS ON TIGHTLY THEN LISTEN 4 THE POP AND LABEL UR JELLY
- I BOUGHT THE PLAIN WHITE LABELS AT THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE PUT THEM ON THE JAR WHILE HOT THEN PUT CLEAR MAILING TAPE OVER THE ENTIRE WHITE LABEL THEY WILL STAY ON 4 U.

- BOIL EVERYTHING. I KEPT MY STUFF IN HOT WATER TIL I WAS READY TO USE THEM. WHEN I KNEW IT WAS CLOSE I TOOK JARS OUT AND READIED THEM
- IN LARGE SAUSE PAN ADD 1 QRT OF CRANAPPLE JUICE. 1 BOX PECTIN. ABOUT 6 CUPS SUGAR. I LET IT BOIL THEN TURNED IT DOWN.
- STIR TIL ITS THICKENED, BUT SO U CAN STILL LADEL IT INTO JARS. LADEL INTO JARS. PLACE SEALS ON AND RINGS TIGHTLY ON JELLY.
- WAIT TO U HEAR THEM POPPING PUT UP. HOPE U LIKE THIS JELLY
CRANBERRY GRAPPA JELLY

- Bring cranberries, sugar, 1 1/2 cups water, and 3/4 cup grappa to a boil in a 4- to 5-quart heavy pot, stirring until sugar has dissolved, then briskly simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, until most of berries have burst and mixture is thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Strain through a large fine-mesh sieve into a 2-quart measuring cup or a bowl, pressing hard on and then discarding solids. (You will need 2 1/2 cups liquid.)
- Stir together gelatin and remaining 1/4 cup water and let stand 1 minute to soften. Bring 1 cup drained cranberry liquid to a simmer in a small saucepan, then add gelatin mixture and stir until just dissolved. Add gelatin mixture and remaining 1/4 cup grappa to remaining 1 1/2 cups cranberry liquid and stir well. Pour cranberry sauce into lightly oiled mold and chill, covered with plastic wrap, until firmly set, at least 12 hours.
- To unmold, dip mold in a large bowl of warm water (water should reach halfway up mold) for 5 seconds, then run tip of a thin knife around edge of mold. Tilt mold sideways and tap side against a counter, turning it, to evenly break seal and loosen jelly. Keeping mold tilted, put a plate over mold, then invert jelly onto plate.

- Pour the cranberry and grape juices into a heavy pot. Add the pectin and stir until dissolved. Bring the juice mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the sugar, and return to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and skim off any foam. Pour jelly into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headroom. Adjust lids. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water bath.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MADE. SO I TASTED IT IT TASTED GOOD TO ME. NOT TOO MUCH RHUBARB TASTE AND NOT 2 MUCH APPLE TASTE. I HOPE I DID GOOD WITH THIS ONE LOL.

- PLACE IN LARGE SAUCE PAN. PLACE ABOUT 4 CUPS SUGAR IN PAN ALONG WITH REST OF JUICE. STIR TIL SUGAR IS DESOLVED AND COME 2 A BOIL TURN DOWN ADD PECTIN 1 AT A TIME STIR TIL DESOLVED ADD 2 BOX OF PECTIN AND STIR TIL DESOLVED.
- I SET BURNER ON MED HEAT AFTER IT CAME TO A BOIL. AND LET SIMMER ABOUT 30 MINS THIN TIL IT THICKENED UP
- SET UP THE JARS AND LADELED JELLY INTO JARS PLACE SEALS AND RING CAPS ON TIGHTLY AND WAIT TIL THEY POP.
