1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
½ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.

I was out of Cream cheese but had the New Philly Cooking Cream and used it in place of that. The mixture is creamier and the whole pan disappeared in less than 30 minutes with people asking for the recipe.

3 can(s) chicken , drained and shredded
2 pkg philly cooking creme -savory garlic
1 c blue cheese (or ranch) dressing
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c franks original red hot sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken and hot sauce in a bowl and stir to coat chicken, let sit so sauce can soak in. Stir in Philly cooking creme and bleu cheese dressing. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and place the mixture to a crock pot/slow cooker or a baking pan if you prefer to bake it. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over top; cover and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips,celery sticks,carrots and crackers.
