GRILLED FRUIT KABOBS WITH HONEY LIME YOGURT DIP
My husband started me eating grilled fruit. The grilling brings more of the flavors out. You can use any dip you like or no dip at all.

Steps:
- Heat grill to medium-high and make sure grate is clean.
- Thread chunks of washed, peeled or seeded fruit onto skewers. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 10 minutes to minimize chances of burning.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning carefully so fruit does not fall off of skewers.

FRUIT SKEWERS WITH HONEY-LIME DIP
Steps:
- 1 De-stem, peel and de-seed any fruit that isn't already in a ready-to-eat state. Cut all the fruit into small bite-sized chunks. Skewer anywhere from 3-5 bits of fruit per stick; you'll want more fruit for longer sticks, but bear in mind that too big of a skewer can be rather unwieldy to eat. 2 Combine all the dip ingredients in a mixing bowl, and stir well to combine. Transfer to a pretty serving bowl. 3 Arrange the skewers on a platter along with the dip. I like to pop a small spoon in the dip, as I find it's easier to spoon a little over the fruit rather than dipping the fruit directly -- ripe fruit has a tendency to slide off skewers.
