2 cans (15 ounces each) fruit cocktail in juice
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package (1 ounce) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 medium firm bananas, sliced

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the fruit and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pudding mix. Stir gently for 1 minute or until mixture is thickened. Fold in bananas. Refrigerate until serving.

2 (15.25 ounce) cans fruit cocktail
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches in juice
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk, or as needed
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Empty fruit cocktail, peaches, pineapple, and oranges out into a strainer set over a large bowl to drain.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a bowl, adding milk until mixture is smooth and creamy. Mix in 3/4 of the whipped topping and 1/4 cup of the drained juice; blend well.
  • Dice peaches and fold them into the creamy mixture. Add all the drained fruits and coconut, reserving 5 or 6 mandarins, and stir to coat. Smooth over the top and frost with remaining whipped topping. Decorate top with reserved mandarins. Refrigerate until flavors combine.

1/2 cup sugar
2 3-ounces packages cream cheese, room temperature
Few drops of vanilla or almond extract
1 cup cool whip or heavy cream whipped (or a little more)
1 large can fruit cocktail drained
Maraschino cherries to taste.

Steps:

  • Cream sugar, cream cheese and extract together. Fold in whipped cream and fruit cocktail until blended; then spoon into a mold or bowl or ice cube trays. (I use cupcake papers filled to about 1/2 to 2/3 full in a cupcake pan). Place Maraschino cherries on top to decorate, or you can fold them into the salad at the same time you fold in the fruit cocktail. Freeze until ready to serve/eat.

4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce cranberry juice
1 fluid ounce orange juice
1 fluid ounce carbonated water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, a splash of orange juice and a splash of carbonated water. Add a quick squeeze of fresh lemon and lime. Stir and garnish with wedges of lemon and lime.

Try to get the brand that is in juice or light syrup. The heavy syrup is not recommended for this recipe.

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in fruit. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.

3/4 - 1 c sweetened condensed milk
2 can(s) 15 1/4 oz. fruit cocktail, drained and juice reserved
3 Tbsp maraschino cherries, halved
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl; blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add reserved fruit cocktail juice; blend well. Fold in remaining ingredients with a spoon; stir to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. ENJOY!
