Steps:
- Wash and dry orange.
- Slice off the top third of the orange and replace it.
- Put the orange in the freezer until frozen. Take it out of the freezer at the start of your meal and it will be ready to eat with a spoon by the end of the meal. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprig of fresh mint if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Blend the first 6 ingredients together, to make a crust and spread in a ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes, Cool.
- 2. In a large bowl; combine the cream cheese, tang, and sugar beating 3 minutes until smooth. Add 3 eggs, one at a time beating well, Fold in 2 regular tubs of cool-whip whipped topping and mandarin oranges,
- 3. Pour over cooled crust, cover with foil and freeze overnight, serve slightly thawed... Enjoy!
