These are so delicious and good. I keep them in my freezer and just pull one out as I want it. They are an excellent treat for those hot summer days. Recipe is mine but picture is from American Yogini.

1 small watermelon, seedless, cut into cubes
1 small cantaloupe, cut into cubes
1 small honeydew melon, cut into cubes
1 pound(s) assorted seedless grapes, rinsed & dried1
1 pound(s) peaches, peeled, seeded and cubed
1 package(s) wooded skewers
1 box(es) freezer bags

Steps:

  • Prepare fruit by washing, drying. Push onto the skewers. They are really pretty. Put your fruit on the skewers, rotating each fruit into a pretty combination. I also like to use pineapple chunks.
  • Place them on a cookie sheet and put into the freezer until frozen. Remove from freezer and put into freeZer bags. so delicious!
  • Experiment with different fruits like man go or papaya. I've never tried the bananas but they may work also.
