Baked Pepsi Ham image

This is a recipe that my husband makes for Easter and Christmas.

1 5lb. ham
1 can(s) 12 oz. pepsi
YOU NEED A 5LB HAM (PRE-COOKED) AND A CAN OF PEPSI FOR THIS RECIPE

Steps:

  • 1. Place ham in a roasting pan. Pour Pepsi over ham and seal pan with foil.
  • 2. Bake in 325 oven, basting occasionally, 60 minutes. Remove foil and turn ham. Baste again and bake another 30 minutes.
  • 3. Note: For a larger ham use 2 cans of Pepsi and bake 15 minutes per pound.
