- In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar, milk and eggs. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in coconut, nuts and cracker crumbs. , Line a greased 15x10x1-in. pan with 12 whole crackers. Spread with the coconut mixture. Top with remaining crackers; press down gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Break each cracker into four portions; spread with frosting.

- In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. , Combine coconut and milk; spread over warm crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Spread over coconut layer. Cool before cutting.

FROSTED COCONUT NUTTY GRAHAM SQUARES
This was one of my Aunt Martha's signature cookie bars she made at Easter and Christmas! She said she was making this for many years, I first tasted them when I was about 9 or 10, so that would be around 1949-50.These are so good. Sometimes I add peanut butter to the filling too about 1/4 cup.YUM!

- Cover bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan with a layer of whole graham crackers(you might have to break some to fit to cover the bottom of the pan), set aside.
- In a small saucepan cook and stir butter, sugar and milk until it comes to a boil. Cool to lukewarm and add a little to the beaten egg,then combine with the butter mixture, along with the coconut, walnuts and cracker crumbs. Mix to combine all.
- Spread mixture evenly over crackers in the prepared pan. Now put another layer of crackers on top- just like you did on the bottom. Frost then refrigerate 24 hours before cutting into small pieces. --- Frosting: Combine all ingredients and add just enough milk to get a good spreading consistency that is not runny. - Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides., In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt; stir in 1 cup melted butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake until light brown, 12-15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack. Reduce oven setting to 325°., In a large bowl, whisk the first 7 filling ingredients until blended; stir in 3 cups coconut. Pour over crust; sprinkle with remaining coconut. - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Pour in the condensed milk and melted margarine, mix until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
