- Combine refried beans with the other ingredients in a food processor.
- Puree ingredients on high speed until smooth.
- Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.

- 1. Open up the can of (cooked pinto beans) are faster than starting from just a regular can of pinto beans. Put in a medium microwavable bowl with 1/4th can of water.Blend very well.
- 2. Toss in spices(garlic powder 1 tsp.) and salt and pepper (1 tsp of each).Can hand stir or put all in blender and incorporate all ingredients together.
- 3. Next microwave 2 min. to heat or 2 min. at a time if you have gotten the uncooked can of beans.
- 4. (*Forgot to add the bag of corn chips )to use with this yummy dip.----ENJOY---

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and stir after 12 minutes.
- Optional take a cup of cheese and mix it in the mixture when you stir after 12 minutes.
- Place back in oven for 8 minutes.
- Take remaining cheese and put it on top of the mixture and replace in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- I usually double this recipe.
FRITO CHILLY PHILLY CHEESE DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread cream cheese along bottom of a small rectangle baking dish, then top with chili (no beans), then top with finely shredded mild cheddar cheese.
- There should be three layers now.....cream cheese, chili, and shredded cheese.
- Place in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
