1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
5 slices bottled jalapenos (nacho slices)
1 tablespoon brine, from bottled jalapeno slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine refried beans with the other ingredients in a food processor.
  • Puree ingredients on high speed until smooth.
  • Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.

1 can(s) pinto beans, cooked
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 can(s) water, as needed
HOMEMADE BEAN DIP
1 bag(s) corn chips

Steps:

  • 1. Open up the can of (cooked pinto beans) are faster than starting from just a regular can of pinto beans. Put in a medium microwavable bowl with 1/4th can of water.Blend very well.
  • 2. Toss in spices(garlic powder 1 tsp.) and salt and pepper (1 tsp of each).Can hand stir or put all in blender and incorporate all ingredients together.
  • 3. Next microwave 2 min. to heat or 2 min. at a time if you have gotten the uncooked can of beans.
  • 4. (*Forgot to add the bag of corn chips )to use with this yummy dip.----ENJOY---

1 (9 ounce) can Frito-Lay bean dip
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Mix well first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle Mozzerella Cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 in a 9X9 casserole dish. Serve with Fritos.

2 cups asiago cheese, Fontina, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provolone, Romano cheese blend (Italian Style 6 cheese blend)
16 ounces light mayonnaise (I used Smart Balance Omega)
16 ounces mexicorn (drained)
4 ounces chopped jalapenos (drained, opt.)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Spread over baking dish.
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes or until boiling.
  • Serve with corn chips (I like Frito's Scoops or Santitas yellow corn).

I had never known there was a perfect dip for Fritos of all things until I came across this recipe 20 years ago.. Try a bowl of this dip with a bag of Fritos at your next picnic, get together or while cheering on your area football team...you will be surprised how good this is!

2 Tbsp horseradish (depending on your like of horseradish, add or subtract
1/2 of an onion...grated
2-3 Tbsp sweet relish ( more or less to taste)
1 bag frito lay corn chips

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well with mixer and chill for an hour or two before serving...serve with a bowl of Fritos Corn Chips for dipping...So unusually good!!!

1 (9 3/4 ounce) can chicken, drained
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup hot sauce (I like franks)
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and stir after 12 minutes.
  • Optional take a cup of cheese and mix it in the mixture when you stir after 12 minutes.
  • Place back in oven for 8 minutes.
  • Take remaining cheese and put it on top of the mixture and replace in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • I usually double this recipe.

1 can chili (no beans)
1 package Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 bag Frito Lay Scoops(for dipping)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread cream cheese along bottom of a small rectangle baking dish, then top with chili (no beans), then top with finely shredded mild cheddar cheese.
  • There should be three layers now.....cream cheese, chili, and shredded cheese.
  • Place in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
