1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh strawberry
1/2 cup powdered sugar
assorted sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, banana, papaya, apple)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Arrange sliced fruit on salad plate and top with dressing.
  • Variation:.
  • Substitute 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries that have been thawed and well drained for fresh strawberries. Decrease sugar, if desired.

¼ cup white sugar, or to taste
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 large Jonagold apple, peeled and chopped
½ cup sweetened flaked coconut

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 7-ounce container marshmallow creme
1 heaping cup thawed Cool Whip
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice, optional

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat for an additional minute. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the marshmallow creme. Then fold in the Cool Whip and maraschino cherry juice until everything is thoroughly combined. Whatever. I just know this sounds REALLY tasty, especially for a summer afternoon when the fruits are fresh and in season. Obviously, with a recipe of this sort, other fruits that strike your fancy can be added or substituted.

1 pint strawberry, sliced
1 pint blueberries
4 peaches or 4 nectarines, peeled and sliced
1/2 honeydew melon, chunked
1/3 cup light cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
