4 medium plums, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Drizzle with honey and toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled.

1 medium ripe banana, sliced, divided
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and quartered
1 medium pear, diced
1 small apple, diced
12 seedless green grapes, halved

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mash half of the banana slices. Stir in mayonnaise and sugar. Add the kiwi, pear, apple, grapes and remaining banana slices; toss gently. Serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 small apples, peeled and sliced
12 bananas, sliced
1 small oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
1/2 c grapes, seedless
1 Tbsp orange juice, frozen concentrate
1/4 c plain, nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp ricotta cheese
5/8 tsp ground ginger
5/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 walnut halves

Steps:

  • 1. Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate.
  • 2. In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Portion the fruit into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.
  • 3. Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries, pears or pineapple. The fruit medley may also be served without topping.

4 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, kiwifruit, passionfruit or any fruit in season)
1 -2 fresh mango (or tin if fresh arn't available)
1 cup plain yogurt (low fat is fine)
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Mix fruit and divide into 4 serving dishes.
  • Blend mango until smooth.
  • Add yoghurt and honey.
  • Place yoghurt mixture in jug and refrigerate.
  • Serve over fruit.
