- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Combine cheese and cornflakes; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional chives if desired.

- Mix mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder., Spoon half the mixture into 2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture., Bake at 350°F for 30 min. or until hot. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 min. or until onions are golden.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, water and butter to boiling. Stir in potatoes just until moistened; let stand 1 minute. Stir with fork until smooth. Stir in corn.
- Spoon half of potato mixture into dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 each of the cheese and onions. Top with remaining potatoes; sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are golden.

Steps:
- Cube potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place into medium-sized saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- When done, drain and return to pan or to a medium-sized bowl.
- With a mixer on medium speed, mix until all potatoes are broken up.
- Add dip, mixing until smooth.
- Add milk, mixing well.
- Add margarine, salt (may not need it with the salt in the dip) and pepper.
- Mix until margarine melts. Add cheese and mix well.
- You might have to add more milk to get it to the right thickness or thinness you want.
