- Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions. Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla until smooth. Frost the cooled brownies. Loosely cover and chill for 1 hour or until frosting is set. , With a sharp knife, make lengthwise cuts 1-1/2-in. parallel cuts from a short side to a long side to form diamonds. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips at 50% power; stir until smooth. Place in a small heavy-duty resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in a corner of bag. Pipe laces on brownies.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 13x9-inch pan with foil so foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Make brownies as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile, make goal posts* using craft sticks. Remove brownies from pan by lifting foil; remove foil. Place on serving tray.
- Mix frosting and food color to desired color. Spread over top and sides of cooled brownies. Draw field lines over frosting with white decorating icing. Place gummy bear candies on field. Microwave chewy chocolate candy on High 3 to 5 seconds, just until moldable. Shape into oval shape to make a football.
- Use decorating icing to draw lines on the chocolate candy to make laces for the football. Place on brownies. Insert goal post at each end of field. For easier cutting, use plastic knife dipped in hot water. For 24 brownie bites, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
