Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix soup and 1/4 cup water. Combine stuffing mix and remaining water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with chicken, ham, vegetables and soup. Fold foil to make 6 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

This recipe is incredibly SIMPLE and incredibly DELICIOUS! I always use it when camping or grilling. There's lotsa room for added ingredients, but try this version first!

Steps:
- Preheat the grill for high heat. Lightly grease 4 large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Stuff each mushroom with equal amounts of green onions and pine nuts. Place 6 mushrooms on each piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Seal the foil around the mushrooms, forming 4 packets.
- Place the foil packets on the preheated grill, and cook 20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
