FLUFFY STRAWBERRY JELLO DESSERT
A combination of jello and ice cream makes for a super easy dessert. Of course, you can also use sugar free or even other flavors of gelatin. Prepared in under 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Combine jello and boiling water in container of electric blender.
- Blend for one minute.
- Add ice cream and ice cubes one at a time.
- Blend 2 minutes.
- Pour into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Top with whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish.
FLUFFY STRAWBERRY JELLO
Three simple ingredients: jello, water, and frozen strawberries. It would be great alone, in a trifle, or over shortcake. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Most of the recipe time is just chilling in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- In a large bowl combine the jello mix and boiling water.
- Stir well to dissolve the jello, add the strawberries and stir to separate the fruit.
- Chill in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken, 20 - 30 minutes.
- Beat with an electric mixer for a few minutes, until thick and frothy.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate several hours.
