CAN'T TELL THEY'RE LOW-FAT BROWNIES
This was my attempt to make my mom's brownie recipe lower in fat. My family loves them!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Pour in oil, vanilla, prunes, and eggs. Mix until everything is well blended. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until top is shiny and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

- Heat oven to 350 F. Coat 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 baking pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Put sugar, oil, egg, egg white and vanilla extract in small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pour into flour mixture and stir until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (batter will be stiff). Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 20-22 minutes or until edges are firm and toothpick in center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan on rack. Cut into 8 bars to serve. Per bar: 305 calories, 5g protein, 31g carbs, 2g fiber, 22g fat, 2g sat fat, 73mg sodium.
