Received this recipe in an email; the picture sold me. Could also add a little coconut to give it that "tropical" flavor. Posting for future use... *cooling time not included in prep/cooking times*

OATMEAL BREAKFAST BARS
This soft, chewy oatmeal breakfast bar recipe has a hint of orange marmalade, so they're a fun change of pace from typical granola bars. They're so easy to put together and so delicious, you'll find yourself making them all the time. -Barbara Nowakowski, North Tonawanda, New York

PINEAPPLE OATMEAL
Oatmeal for breakfast is a standard item, but I like to mix it up a bit. This version gets some natural sweetness from pinapple juice and tidbits. It is definitely worth trying! -Maria Regakis, Somerville, Massachusetts
