Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
- 2. Add breadcrumbs, seasoning, and cheese to a ziploc bag. Close and shake up to mix.
- 3. Rinse chicken in water. Do not pat dry. Add 1 drumstick at a time to ziploc bag. Shake to coat.
- 4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
SHAKE-N-BAKE FOR CHICKEN
I've tried many recipes for the homemade version. This one comes the closest to what my taste buds like.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in food processor and whirl until blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
- When ready to use, dip chicken pieces in 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and then coat with Shake-n-Bake mixture.
- Place chicken in shallow pan, skin side up.
- Bake in 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes spray chicken with a light misting of oil (Pam or generic brand will do).
- Return to oven and bake about 20 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
- NOTE: If using boneless breasts they won't take as long to cook as thighs or legs.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In the Ziploc bag, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Brush each chicken piece with the olive oil, then drop singly, into the crumb mix in the Ziploc bag and shake well to coat.
- Place each coated chicken piece together on an UNgreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour or until the chicken is 170° and the juices run clear.
- Variations: This is a hugely versatile recipe, where seasonings are interchangeable depending on the type of cuisine you're aiming for --.
- Make it a little Italian by swapping out the paprika for some italian seasoning; Make it a little Tex-Mex by swapping out the paprika and garlic powder for chili powder and ground cumin -- you get the idea.
