EASY, FLAVORFUL CHICKEN POT PIE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place mixed vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Place 1 pie crust in the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
- Stir condensed coup, mayonnaise, milk, celery salt, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme together in a large bowl. Add chicken and mixed vegetables; mix well. Pour into the bottom pie crust. Place remaining pie crust on top of the pie plate. Trim so crust is even with the edge of the plate and use a fork to press crust down around edges to seal. Cut 3 small slits near the center of the crust. Cover the outside edges of the crust with foil or a pie protector to prevent edge from overcooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until crust is brown and flaky, 5 to 10 minutes.

EASY FLAVORFUL CHICKEN RECIPE
I love experimenting with spices and this is a great tasting combination that everyone in my family loves! Good news is that you can cook this many different ways and you should have all of these ingredients in your pantry already!

- Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Season chicken breast with paprika, lemon pepper and seasoned salt.
- Cook chicken aproximently 5-7 minutes per side or until the inside turns white.
- I usually serve this with steamed broccoli and rice.
- You may also grill or bake this chicken too and it turns out very flavorful and delicious. Just a tip about grilling, use the same ingredients, however mix it all together as a marinade. Wrap in plastic or put in a dish with a lid and let it sit for about 2 hours or overnight to insure that the chicken cooks tender and juicy.
EASY FLAVORFUL CHICKEN RECIPE WITH WINE AND CRANBERRIES
Use leftover cranberries for this great fall or winter dish. The sauce can also be made separately and served over cooked leftover turkey or chicken.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil. Put salt and pepper on chicken.When the oil is hot, brown the chicken on both sides.Remove the chicken from the pan and cover it with foil to it keep warm. Pour out excess oil if there's much more than you started with.Saute' the onion for 2-3 minutes.Add the ginger and cook for another minute or so.Add the wine and the bay leaf. Scrape the pan to dissolve brown bits on the pan (deglaze the pan). Bring mixture to a boil.Add the cranberries, and cook until they are pop, which will take 5 minutes or so. Add some sweetener - I like to start with the equivalent of a 1/4 cup of sugar. The exact amount is going to depend upon the acidity and sweetness of the other ingredients, mainly the wine (and taste, of course). Ideally, you'll find a balance where the tartness is relieved just enough to be tasty, but before it goes over into "jammy". If the sauce gets too thick, add a little chicken stock or water.Adjust the seasonings, adding salt if necessary.In the end, swirl in one tablespoon cold butter - this will thicken the sauce slightly and "round out the corners" taste-wise.Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over the top.
