EASY DORITO CASSEROLE
This is a great meal, it all comes together in approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. If you like Doritos, you'll love this dish.

Steps:
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Saute' chicken until done.
- Mix all canned ingredients together. Set aside.
- Place crushed Doritos in the bottom of casserole dish.
- When chicken is cooked, add it to soup mixture, mix well.
- Scoop chicken/soup mixture onto chips, spread it evenly. If desired top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook ground beef; drain, then add taco seasoning and follow directions on taco packet until it's done.
- In a large bowl, combine salsa, cream of chicken (or mushroom), 1 cup of cheese and cooked taco meat and stir well.
- Get an 8x8 casserole dish and spray the bottom with Pam or other non stick cooking spray and crush up Doritos on the bottom of the dish, then add some of the beef mixture and repeat the layers. Finally top it off with adding more crushed up doritos and the remaining shredded cheese.
- Spray a piece of foil with cooking spray and cover the casserole. Bake casserole for 30 minutes covered, remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Our Dorito Casserole makes an amazing addition to your weeknight dinner menu! Layered with ground beef, corn, cheese & seasoned with savory taco spices and topped off with layers of crushed Doritos!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 9x13 dish with nonstick spray.
- Gently crush the chips, set aside. Two cups should be crushed fine, more like bread crumbs and one cup should be larger chunks, to be spread on top at the end. (I put them in a Ziploc gallon bag and smooshed with my hands.)
- In a large skillet cook the ground beef and onions. Drain any extra grease.
- Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
- Add the frozen corn, taco seasoning, tomatoes with chiles, and two cups of finely crushed chips. (I added black beans here, too)
- Remove from heat. Stir in the sour cream two cups of cheese.
- Pour into greased casserole dish and place in oven. Bake 5 minutes, until warmed through.
- Add one cup of cheese on top, then one cup of loosely crushed Doritos and bake another five minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and serve.
