2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (you can also try our homemade version)
1 Italian Dressing Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Water
4-6 Chicken Breasts

Steps:

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Pour all the other ingredients on top.
  • Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
  • Stir the sauce and serve over fettucini noodles. We liked the chicken shredded and mixed in with the sauce.

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup roasted red pepper, strips
15 ounces alfredo sauce
4 cups frozen broccoli florets
9 ounces refrigerated fettuccine
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In 4 quart crock pot, place chicken, onions, and red bell pepper. Pour alfredo sauce over.
  • Cover crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  • Thaw and drain broccoli and add to crock pot along with fettuccine. Stir, cover crock pot, and cook on high for 30-40 minutes, until broccoli is hot and fettuccine is tender.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

1 1/4 lbs frozen chicken tenderloins
1 (7 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms (fresh also works)
1/2 cup roasted red pepper, strips
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1 (16 ounce) jar roasted red pepper alfredo sauce
3 cups frozen broccoli
10 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Layer in crockpot: frozen chicken, mushrooms, and red pepper strips.
  • Drizzle with sherry. Pour alfredo sauce over all.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • About 25 minutes before serving, turn heat to High. Rinse broccoli in warm water to thaw, then add to crockpot. Break tenderloins into bite-size chunks. Cook for 20 minutes, until broccoli is ready.
  • While that heats, cook fettucine according to package directions. Just before serving, stir pasta into the alfredo mixture. Top with parmesan.

2 lbs chicken breast tenders
5/8 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
26 ounces cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese

Steps:

  • Place frozen chicken tenders in crock pot.
  • Mix italian dressing with cream of chicken soup.
  • Put soup mix on top of chicken.
  • Put cream cheese block on top -- do not stir!
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • When cream cheese gets soft enough then stir it into soup mixture.
  • Serve over noodles.

1 (4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper strips (from a jar)
2 tablespoons dry sherry, if desired
1 (16-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
3 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts
10 oz. uncooked fettuccine
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, layer chicken, mushrooms and roasted pepper strips. Drizzle with sherry. Evenly pour Alfredo sauce on top.
  • Cover; cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
  • About 25 minutes before serving, rinse broccoli with warm water to thaw; drain well. Add broccoli to chicken mixture. Increase heat setting to high; cover and cook an additional 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
