EASY CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
I heard about this dessert at our last weight watchers meeting and wanted to try it because of the unusual ingredients! It was *so easy* to make and better yet it was *very delicious*! No one could believe it was a "low fat" dessert! *Yummy*!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with vegetable spray.
- Mix cola and cake mix together and spread in baking dish.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool.
- Make up pudding mix according to package directions using 2 cups fat free milk.
- Pour pudding over cooled cake.
- Let set until firm (about 5 minutes).
- Carefully "ice" cake with Cool Whip topping.
- If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings and chopped pecans (garnish will add extra points).
- Cut into 15 squares.
- Each piece is 3 Weight Watchers points.
EASY CHOCOLATE DELIGHT PIE
Steps:
- Heat all but 3 squares of the chocolate with 1/4 cup of the milk in large microwavable bowl at high 1.5 to 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted. OR, heat in heavy saucepan over very low heat. Beat in the cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk. Gently stir in cool whip until smooth. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature until the pie can be cut easily. Melt remaining chocolate about 15 seconds; drizzle over pie.
EASY CHOCOLATE-PEPPERMINT STRIPED DELIGHT
Chocolate pudding and cream cheese blended with peppermint extract are layered on a chocolate cookie crust in this easy but luscious layered dessert.

Steps:
- Mix cookie crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP and extract; spread over crust.
- Whisk pudding mixes and remaining milk in large bowl 2 min.; pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
