Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F (325F for glass dish).
- In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt margarine in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine; pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs. Top with chips; press down firmly.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars.
- Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Steps:
- 1. Heat over to 350° (325° for glass dish). In a 9 x 13 pan, melt butter in the over. Once the butter is melted, remove and tip the pan so the butter is evenly dispersed.
- 2. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the butter. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumbs. Top with chips. With a spatula, press down firmly.
- 3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

I just couldn't wait to post these. I found them on FB...a sight called Bake or Break...so they get all the credit. I have all the ingredients...I will have to substitute a few. Will post my own picture when I make them.

- 2. Combine crumbs and butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Pour condensed milk over the crust. sprinkle chocolate chips, caramel bits, and hazelnuts on top of milk. Bake about 25 minutes or until lightly brown. cut into bars and enjoy.
