Devilicious and delicious way to enjoy your favorite Underwood® spread on a sandwich.

2 (4.5 ounce) cans Underwood® Deviled Ham Spread
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion
4 teaspoons pimento cheese spread
3 tablespoons B&G® Sweet Relish
1 teaspoon mustard
16 slices bread

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; chill.
  • Spread 8 slices of bread with 1/4 cup mixture each. Top with remaining bread.

This is a great recipe passed down from my grandmother! It is perfect for receptions, appetizers, luncheons or teas.

1/2 cup black forest ham, finely diced
1/4 cup fresh red bell pepper, finely diced
1 tablespoon scallion, finely diced
2 teaspoons sweet pickles, minced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey mustard
6 slices bread (we like pumpkernickel)

Steps:

  • Place the ham, pepper, scallion and pickle in a small bowl and toss to combine. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Spread the ham mixture on the bread, it will be kind of thinly spread. Cut the sandwiches into quarters. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham (1/2 pound)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
Sliced cornichons or dill pickles
Thinly sliced sweet onion
8 slices sandwich bread

Steps:

  • Pulse ham with mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • Make sandwiches with ham mixture, pickles, onion, and bread.
