COPYCAT DENNY'S MOONS OVER MY HAMMY RECIPE

Steps:
- Butter both sides of each slice of sourdough bread using about 1/2 tablespoon on each side.
- Place the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet. Turn the heat up to medium-high.
- Place the eggs into the skillet and begin to scramble them.
- When they have cooked, set them aside.
- Toast both slices of the sourdough bread on each side in the skillet and then set the slices on a cutting board.
- Place the sandwich components in the following order on 1 slice of the bread: the Swiss cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, and American cheese. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
- Place the whole sandwich into the skillet with the heat on low. Toast for about 1 minute on each side, until the cheese melts.
- Remove the sandwich and slice it down the middle.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Spray a small frying pan with Pam. Cook egg beaters and scramble. Add salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat.
- Heat a grilling pan over medium heat. Place english muffin open faced on pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until warm and crispy.
- Place thinly sliced cheese and both sides of muffin. Add egg and ham to both sides.
- Carefully close sandwich and heat until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
