- Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
- In separate bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
- In loaf pan, layer beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes and cheese.

- Spread refried beans on a pizza pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Spread mashed avacados over bean layer.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Spread sour cream over avacado layer.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over sour cream layer.
- Top with black olive slices and diced tomatoes if you choose.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
