Number Of Ingredients 10

2 envelopes mocha cappuccino mix
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 ounces white candy coating, melted
Baking cocoa, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve cappuccino mix in hot water. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in cappuccino mixture and egg yolk. In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture., Divide dough in half. Shape each into a disk. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll., Preheat oven to 375°. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough to 1/4-in. thickness. Cut with a floured 2-1/2-in. cup-shaped cookie cutter. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets., Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., Pipe melted candy coating over cookies as desired, or dip each cookie halfway into melted candy coating; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. If desired, dust with cocoa., Freeze option: Transfer wrapped disks to a resealable plastic freezer bag; freeze. To use, thaw dough in refrigerator until soft enough to roll. Prepare, bake and decorate as directed.

½ cup milk
1 tablespoon white chocolate flavored syrup
½ cup hot freshly brewed coffee

Steps:

  • Place white chocolate chips in mug.
  • Heat milk and white chocolate syrup in a saucepan over medium heat over a low simmer. Froth hot milk using an immersion blender.
  • Pour hot coffee over chocolate chips. Carefully pour frothed milk over brewed coffee.

½ cup roasted whole coffee beans
1 (11.5 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening, or more if desired
11 ½ ounces dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line a 9x14-inch baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  • Place coffee beans in a food processor and pulse a few times just until coarsely chopped.
  • Melt milk chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, about 5 minutes. Add shortening to make melted milk chocolate smoother; stir until smooth. Stir coffee beans into melted milk chocolate until coated.
  • Pour milk chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading mixture to the edges. Refrigerate.
  • Melt dark chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, about 5 minutes. Add shortening to make melted dark chocolate smoother; stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Pour melted dark chocolate over refrigerated milk chocolate mixture, spreading evenly over the top. Refrigerate until set, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Peel the silicone mat from the bottom of the chocolate mixture and place onto a work surface. Cut into pieces using a sharp knife. The bark will crack and break as you go.

8 oz. bittersweet chocolate chopped
1/2 cup cream or mik
2 tbsp instant espresso powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
white chocolate mousse
4 oz white chocolte chopped
3tsp whipping cream
3/4 cup whipping cream
cinnamon or coffee powder

Steps:

  • Place chocolate in bowel & por hot milk over it. Let rest 5 minutes. Stir till smooth. Stir in vanilla & espresso.Cool. Whip 1 1/4 cups cream till peaks fold into chocolate base. Spoon into espresso cups. Combine white chocolate and 3 tbsp cream and melt. Whip 3/4 cup whipping cream and foldinto white chocolate. Spoon on top of dark chocolate. Serve with dash of cinnamon.
