Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently; drain fat.
- Add next 6 ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- Remove from heat, stir in mayo.
- Place mixture in casserole dish.
- Flatten biscuits slightly and arrange overlapping around the edge of casserole.
- Brush biscuits with additional mayo.
- Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until heated and biscuits are browned.

Steps:
- 1. Place potato crowns on bottom and up sides of a 7"X 11"baking dish..bake uncovered in a preheated 400 degree oven---10 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile ,brown beef in large chunks; drain.
- 3. Place beef,broccoli,1/2 can onions in the potato shell.
- 4. Combine soup, milk,1/2 cheese and seasonings. Pour over beef mixture.Bake,COVERED,20 minutes.
- 5. Bake,covered, in a 400 degree oven...20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & onions. Bake, UNCOVERED,until cheese melts and casserole is hot.
