CHICKEN CORDON BLEU - CROCKPOT
My family loves these. I often times will double the recipe and freeze 1/2 of them for a faster dinner another time. We love the sauce and I usually double it so that there is plenty to serve over mashed potatoes too.

Steps:
- 1. Flatten chicken breasts.
- 2. Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in the crockpot so it looks like a triangle. Layer the rest on top. Mix soup with the milk and wine if using; pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles with the sauce it makes.

This is very easy to put together and has really good flavor without adding any other spices. My Husband and boys just loved this meal. they were moaning..lol... It was 74 degrees out today. Sooo hot.. But this meal was so good without building up a sweat plus the chicken is sooo moist it just falls apart ..

- 1. Layer first four ingredients in a 5 quart crockpot in order listed.Chicken on bottom first..then ham...then cheese .. Just spread the soup all accross the top of cheese with a back a sppoon...
- 2. prepare stuffing mix according to package directions then spoon over the soup... it will be the last top layer...
- 3. cook on high one hour then put on low for seven more hours.

- lightly brown chicken in skillet, remove to crockpot. Layer ham and swiss over chicken
- deglaze pan with white wine or stock your choice. Add soup, mushrooms and seasonings
- Pour soup mixture over ingredients in crock pot. Put on lid and set on high for 4 hours. Serve over wild rice.
