Steps:
- Combine cream cheese and half and half in a bowl until well blended.
- Add all ingredients except monterey jack and stir well.
- Pour mixture into crock pot, cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until warmed through.
- Sprinkle with monterey jack and enjoy!
GINA'S CROCK-POT SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in crock-pot on high, and stir occasionally till well mixed. Turn on low stirring at least every 20 minutes.
- Cut top 1/2" of bread off. Hollow it out to 1", slice bread in 1" cubes and place toothpicks in each. If it is too thick, add some whipping cream or heavy cream or milk to make it dipping consistency.
- Scoop dip into bread bowl and sprinkle with paprika or your favorite top seasoning... keep it full so guests will be pleased!
