This recipe brings back some great memories for me. I used to enjoy some great hot chocolate after sleigh riding. One sip of this rich, creamy recipe and I was a kid again. I bet this hot chocolate recipe will do the same for you. The combination of chocolates makes for a really rich flavor.

Steps:
- 1. Combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl. Beat until smooth.
- 2. Add 2 1/2 cups of milk and vanilla.
- 3. Pour into the Crock Pot and cook for 2 hours on LOW.
- 4. Add cream.
- 5. Cook for 10-15 minutes on LOW.
- 6. Stir in bittersweet and white chocolate until melted.
- 7. Top with whipped cream.

- Beat until smooth.
- Pour into crock pot.
- Add remaining milk and vanilla extract.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Add cream; cover and cook on LOW for 10 minutes.
- Stir in bittersweet and white chocolates.
- Pour hot chocolate into 6 coffee cups.
- Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.
