- In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker. Stir in cheese and tomatoes., Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips, red pepper and cucumber sticks.

- Add all ingredients to a 3 to 5 quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring twice during cooking time.
- Dip is done when all of the cheeses are melted and gooey.
- Turn slow cooker to WARM to serve straight from the slow cooker OR spoon dip into a serving bowl.
- Serve with bread, vegetables, pita chips or crackers.

CROCK POT ARTICHOKE/JALAPENO CHEESE DIP - EASY
This is great to have at a potluck or barbecue. I have fixed this several times and have never had one complaint. This is a great recipe to use in a smaller crock pot. Hope you enjoy.

- Dice jalapeno and artichokes.
- Put jalapeno, artichoke, mozzarella, mustard, milk, Worcestershire, soup, Velveeta in crock pot and mix.
- Cook on low in crock pot for 2-3 hours and serve with some chips.
