1 lb lean ground beef
3 tablespoons taco seasoning, 1 envenlope
6 oz diced tomato
4 oz diced green chilies, 1 can
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 large flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any remaining fat. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and green chiles to the ground beef and stir to combine.
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  • Cut flour tortillas into a square shape and cut each into 4 smaller equally sized square pieces.
  • Generously coat a standard size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Line each cup of prepared muffin tin with a tortilla sheet.
  • Add 1.5 tablespoons taco mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Press down and add another layer of tortilla sheet, taco mixture, and a final layer of cheese.
  • Lightly brush the top edges of the tortilla with cooking oil.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden brown.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
4 chicken drumsticks (4 ounces each), skin removed
4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1-1/2 pounds), skin removed
3/4 cup egg substitute

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Drizzle butter in a 13x9-in. baking dish. In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, flour and seasoned salt. Place egg substitute in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg substitute, then roll in cornflake mixture. Repeat., Arrange chicken in prepared dish, meatier side down. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over; bake until a thermometer reads 170°-175°, 10 to 15 minutes longer.

50g butter
100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes

Steps:

  • Children: Weigh out the ingredients. Older children can do this by themselves with supervision and little ones can help to pour or spoon ingredients into the weighing scales. Put 50g butter, 100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks and 3 tbsp golden syrup in a saucepan or microwavable bowl. Put 100g cornflakes in another large bowl.
  • Grown ups: Melt the weighed butter, chocolate and golden syrup in the saucepan over a low heat or briefly in the microwave. Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.
  • Children: Stir the ingredients together gently using a wooden spoon. Spoon the mixture into 12 cupcake cases arranged on a muffin tray (or baking sheet, if you don't have one). Grown ups will need to do this for younger children or simply arrange on a tray and let the mess happen. Put in the fridge to set.

These are EVERYONE'S favorite in EVERY occasion!! They're VERY easy to make yet VERY tasty! Kids LOVE it! I usually triple the recipe because my family could finish it in a blink of an eye! Sometimes when I'm lazy, I just dump in a bar of butter and a bottle of honey but they would still turn out great! This recipe is created by a Malaysian celebrity chef if I'm not mistaken. I don't know how many cups this recipe will yield. The 50 cups is just an estimate. You can add mixed fruit if you like. Good luck!

3/4 cup honey, additional
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup butter
1 cup almonds, nibs toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 150ºC.

2 cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 cups cornflakes
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup each butterscotch, semisweet and milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Transfer to a larger bowl if necessary. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well blended. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
