1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups warm water
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows or 12 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
1 pt. (2 cups) vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup each: raspberries and halved strawberries

Steps:

  • Mix dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup orange juice, divided
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 tsp. orange zest

Steps:

  • Toss fruit with 2 Tbsp. orange juice in serving bowl.
  • Beat dry pudding mix and remaining orange juice in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Place fruit in individual bowls or ramekins. Spoon pudding mixture in centers. Sprinkle with zest. Refrigerate 1 hour.

1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 cup cold club soda
2 mangos, chopped (about 2 cups)
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Place mangos in 6-cup mold; top with 2 cups gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Add 2 cups COOL WHIP to remaining gelatin mixture in bowl; whisk until blended. Pour over fruited layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
