CREAMY ORANGE DESSERT
Melted marshmallows and ice cream make this orange gelatin dessert creamy. Orange juice and mandarin oranges give it an extra punch of orange flavor.

Steps:
- Mix dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

- Toss fruit with 2 Tbsp. orange juice in serving bowl.
- Beat dry pudding mix and remaining orange juice in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Place fruit in individual bowls or ramekins. Spoon pudding mixture in centers. Sprinkle with zest. Refrigerate 1 hour.

- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Place mangos in 6-cup mold; top with 2 cups gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
- Add 2 cups COOL WHIP to remaining gelatin mixture in bowl; whisk until blended. Pour over fruited layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
