CREAMY APPLE BLUEBERRY PIE
This is a wonderful pie I have created out of a few other recipes. It is a nice blend of fruit and cream with a crispy top.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Toss apples and blueberries in the unbaked pie crust.
- Mix 1/4 cup flour, white sugar, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract; pour batter over apples and blueberries.
- Combine 1/2 cup flour, pecans, oats, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking pie crust is lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle crumb mixture over pie and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes more. Cool before serving.

- Line a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate or cast-iron skillet with crust; flute edges. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and allspice. Fold in the apples. Combine sour cream and vanilla; stir into apple mixture. Spoon into crust., For topping, combine the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling., Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°; bake 25-30 minutes longer or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Roll out pastry to fit a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Transfer pastry to pie plate. Trim pastry to 1/2 in. beyond edge of plate; flute edges., In a large bowl, combine apples and 1/2 cup sugar; transfer to pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Beat in the cream, butter and nutmeg. - In a large bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. Divide dough in half. Roll out one portion. Line a 9-in. pie plate with bottom crust; trim even with edge of plate. Set aside., In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Combine the sugar, flour, lemon zest, cinnamon and salt; add to apples and gently toss. Mound apples in pastry shell so center is higher than edges; dot with butter. , Roll out remaining dough to fit top of pie; cut a hole in the center about the size of a quarter. Place over filling; trim, seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top. Add decorative cutouts if desired., Cover edges loosely with foil. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and remove foil. - Core and chop apples into 1-inch size pieces. Place apples into a small saucepan and toss with the flour, sugar, and spices. Add the lemon juice and syrup and toss again. Place over medium high heat and cook, stirring from time to time until apples are bubbling and have softened (about 18 minutes). -- Remove from pan and place into the refrigerator for 10 minutes while preparing the next mixtures. -- In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugars, vanilla, and cinnamon. With the machine running, beat in the whipping cream for 2 minutes.
