Not too tart, not too sweet cream cheese lemonade pie. Beautifully cool and refreshing dessert for a hot summer day.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ (12 fluid ounce) can frozen raspberry lemonade, thawed
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
⅓ cup whipped topping, or to taste
½ cup frozen raspberries, thawed

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until fluffy. Add condensed milk and lemonade; mix well. Stir in 1 cup frozen raspberries. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Chill for 4 hours. Top each slice with whipped topping and a few thawed raspberries.

My friend came over the other day and made this pink cream cheese-lemonade pie for us. It was soooooo good. Little different from the others I have seen.

½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup lemon juice
4 drops red food coloring, or as desired
1 (12 ounce) tub whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
2 graham cracker pie crust shells

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in 1/2 the condensed milk until smooth; beat in remaining condensed milk until smooth. Pour in lemon juice, add food coloring, and mix thoroughly. Beat in whipped topping.
  • Pour mixture equally into pie shells. Freeze or refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours, before serving.

Very simple, very tasty summer pie. Found it in one of my Gran's many, many notebooks, so I have no idea from where the recipe originally hails. Cooking time is time in the freezer (don't leave it in there too long!) plus time to finish in the refrigerator.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate
4 drops red food coloring (optional)
8 ounces whipped topping, with additional for garnish
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • In large bowl, beat cheese, lemonade concentrate and optional red food coloring until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping and put in graham cracker pie crust, garnishing with additional whipped topping.
  • Freeze 20 minutes, then move to refrigerator until serving.
