APPLE CIDER, CRANBERRY, AND GINGER PUNCH
A festive choice for happy hour, this fall cocktail recipe is made with ginger beer, fresh cranberries, and apple cider. Add a few ounces of gin for an adults-only beverage, or leave it out for a drink that the whole family can enjoy.

- Muddle cranberries with sugar in a pitcher. Add apple cider, ginger beer, lemon juice, and gin if desired. Divide among 4 glasses. Serve chilled or over ice.

- Pour through a fine sieve into a heat-proof pitcher. Discard ginger.
