6 strips bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 heads broccoli, finely chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
⅓ cup salted sunflower kernels, toasted
¼ cup dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to combine with salad.
  • Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds, and cranberries in a large bowl. Drizzle mayonnaise dressing over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.

1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Steps:

4 c broccoli florets, in bite size pieces
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 small red onion, diced fine
2 c dried cranberries (craisins)
DRESSING:
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all salad ingredients in large bowl. In seperate bowl mix all dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with salad. Salad can be served right away or made a day in advance.

1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Toss cranberries with sugar and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, grapes and celery. Add cranberries and toss. , Combine orange juice, mayonnaise and salt; pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
