- Mix well egg, milk, splenda, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Soak bread in egg mixture until just absorbed.
- Spray pan lightly with non-stick spray.
- Cook soaked bread on each side until golden brown and egg is cooked (about 3 minutess per side).
