GRANDMA'S BANANA BREAD image

Yield 1 loaf

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1 C sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 1/2 c mashed very-ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
1/4 C un-salted butter
2 T orange juice
1 egg

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter and flour a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Mix all ingredients and pour batter into pan, spreading top to even the loaf. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
