Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can whole cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 large box cherry jello
1 cup crushed drained pineapple
7 oz. marshmallow cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip

Steps:

  • Put sugar in cranberries on low heat on the stove. Stirring constantly until almost comes to a boil. Remove from heat add jello and stir until well mixed. Put in frig to cool. While cooling drain pineapple and make topping. When cranberry mixture is cool but not jellied add crushed pineapple and mix well. Put in dish. Once set add topping and return to frig. Topping marshmallow cream cream cheese cool whip

This is a delicious bread with golden raisins and cranberries. It's perfect for Thanksgiving or any special holiday.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon orange zest
¾ cup orange juice
1 ½ cups golden raisins
1 ½ cups chopped cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray or grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, orange peel, and orange juice; stir to mix and fold in raisins and cranberries.
  • Pour into loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.

Grandma W got good at making jello salads!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pkg raspberry jello
13 1/2 oz crushed pineapple
12 oz ginger ale
2 c whole cranberry sauce
16 oz cool whip lite
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 tsp butter
1 jar(s) spiced apple rings

Steps:

  • 1. Drain pineapple and apple, save syrup. Make 1 c liquid and heat to boiling, dissolve jello and cool. Gently stir in ginger ale, chill until partially set. Blend pineapple with cranberry, fold into jello. Turn into mold and chill firm. Combine cool whip and cream cheese, spread over jello. Toast pecans in butter 10 min at 350 degrees, sprinkle on top and chill.
